Because we follow the seasons and source most of our produce from local small farms, our menu changes frequently. If you want to know what we have in the shop each week, visit our weekly menu. We are committed to using top-quality baking ingredients. Our crusts are made with all butter - we use no trans-fats (like shortening and margarine) in our pastries, nor do we use artificial ingredients or preservatives. Our baked goods are simple, minimally decorated and delectable - we’re far more interested in flavor than fancy garnishes.

We are an ardent supporter of small family farms. These farms work extraordinarily hard to grow nutritious, flavorful, fresh produce for their communities—and they also fight a constant battle to compete with large–scale, corporate farms and to preserve their land and way of life for future generations. Small farms cannot exist without consumers, so please take the time to get to know the farmers in your community and support their efforts.
